Dental Implants
A permanent, natural-looking way to replace a missing tooth — implants look, feel, and function like the real thing.
The implant process, step by step
Consultation & planning
We evaluate your jawbone and mouth to confirm you're a candidate and map out your treatment plan.
Implant placement
A small titanium post is placed into the jawbone, where it will act as an artificial tooth root.
Healing & osseointegration
Over 2–4 months, the implant fuses naturally with the surrounding bone, creating a strong, stable base.
Abutment & crown placement
Once healed, a connector piece and a custom-made crown are attached, completing your new tooth.
What recovery is like
Most patients experience mild swelling or soreness for a few days after placement, manageable with over-the-counter pain relief. You can typically return to normal activities within a day or two, with a soft-food diet recommended for about a week.
We'll check in throughout your healing period to make sure everything is progressing well before moving to the final crown.
